Volleyball Open Gyms in Riverside?

I am looking for places to play volleyball out here in Riverside.

I am mainly looking for open gyms, but I would also like to find out about leagues and grass tournaments.  The only volleyball open gym that I have found out here is in Moreno Valley, so over the past few weeks I have gone back to some of the open gyms I played at years ago when I lived in Orange County.

If you know of any other places to play volleyball out here in Riverside, please let me know.

If you are looking for places to play, I have put together a list of volleyball open gyms that I know about in Orange County and the Inland Empire.  I will add more as I find them.

In Riverside you can play Volleyball open gym Wednesday’s 7-9:00pm or Sunday 7-9:00pm at La Sierra Academy on La Seirra 2 mi north of the 91 fwy. Great atmosphere with all levels playing together. Cost $10 includes a warm-up/work out before play. Can be up to 3 courts. Sunday nights are a blast sometimes up to 40 people! Hosted by IEVC.

Currently Riverside has open gym at Bobby Bonds gym on University Ave, Mondays 6 pm to 9 pm. As far as I know IEVC is still doing the same open volleyball, Wednesday and Sunday at La Sierra Academy. Moreno Valley Rec has open play Thursdays, 18 and under from 5 to 7pm and adults 7 to 9 pm. MoVal is also trying Sunday 11 am to 2 pm, but I don’t know how that’s going. Orangecrest Rec Center is also doing Thursdays, 6 to 9 pm, but few people show up ’cause it’s too inconsistent. Bring 6 people, be there exactly at six, and they might set it up.
